Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our clients' websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and monitor effective SEO strategies across various platforms.
Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization.
Analyze website and social media pages, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that drives organic traffic.
Conduct technical SEO audits and work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for search engine visibility.
Build and execute link-building strategies to improve site authority.
Utilize various tools and analytics platforms to measure, track, and report on SEO performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a digital marketing agency.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
Knowledge of local SEO strategies and best practices.
Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing (e.g., PPC, social media marketing).
