Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Lead the overall SCM Demand Planning and Inventory Team
Work as 2nd in in-charge of the overall SCM Dept, executes and ensures the actual implementation of the plans/processes on the ground by coordinating and syncing the efforts of the SCM logistics team vis-à-vis the plans
Collaborate with the SCM Head at highest level, participating in planning, development, and execution of the SCM Departmental objectives
Drill down on the SKU level, to each and every store, ensuring Inventory turnovers are met with proper aging, circulation, rebalances, and allocations
Ensures out of Stock risk is minimized as a result
Develop strong, number base analytical reports and recommendations for continuous improvement of SCM processes and controls, based of accurate data backed analysis and forecasts
Makes timely follow-ups with all concerned internal/external parties, ensuring all decisions made by management are fully implemented at warehouse and store level, with tracking on daily/weekly basis of the progress

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Required Age:Less than 30 years

Other Specification

Must have completed Bachelor’s degree in Management
Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture are encouraged to apply
Should have astute analytical skills, and be able to work with numbers with minute details
Must have strong mathematical abilities, specially be able to handle a vast amount of business data, analyze it and make accurate decision based on it
Must have a beginners level command in excel, preferably medium level
Should be self-motivated, and must commit lengthy hours during the training phase
Should have leadership skills, with lead by example/doing mindset, Will need to lead a growing team
Must be able to guide a team of young subordinates, especially in day to day technical aspects
Excellent reporting & communication skill required
Excellent follow-up and timeliness on day to day tasks is essential for this post

Note:

A driving licensing of bike/scooty is must, as there will be extensive travelling to stores and warehouses. Preferably should have a bike/scooty
