Other Specification

At least 5 years of extensive experience in logistics, warehousing, purchasing, ordering, supplychain administration and supply chain management within a reputed company (preferably in a retail background).
Experience must include material handling of FF& V/CCS/Ambient nature.
Candidates with knowledge of leading WMS Systems & ERP Systems will be given preference.
Candidates should have held managerial or supervisor role in their last position with effective people managing skills.
Must have high level of excel skills, numerical skills, and data analysis abilities.
Must be mobile and should be able to freely travel and be placed anywhere in Nepal.
Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferred a Masters graduated.
Must have a valid driving license of 2 wheeler.
Preferably below age of 35 years.

Job Description

Oversee and manage the overall supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement SCM strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and stock movements to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
Lead and mentor SCM team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and finance to align SCM activities with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in SCM operations.
