Job Description

Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and servers.
Troubleshoot any technical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain smooth functioning of the systems.
Install and configure new hardware and software systems as needed.
Ensure all school computers are updated with the latest software and licenses.
Set up and maintain user accounts for students, teachers, and staff members.
Conduct regular data backups and ensure data security and confidentiality.
Train and assist teachers and staff on how to use various software and technology systems.
Collaborate with school administrators to develop IT policies and procedures.
Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Provide technical support during school events and activities.
