Key Responsibilities:

As our Salon Business Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the salon’s success, overseeing daily operations and driving business growth. Your main duties will include:

Managing and ensuring the smooth operation of all daily salon activities
Building and nurturing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Leading, training, supporting, coaching and mentoring salon staff to uphold high service standards
Handling all client enquiries via phone and social media with professionalism and promptness
Actively participating in marketing efforts to raise brand awareness and attract new clients
Collaborating with Business owners and implementing strategies to drive business
Managing appointments, inventory, and resources to optimise salon efficiency
Identifying new business and growth opportunities and staying informed on market trends

Note :

Employment Type: Full Time (Sun-Sat 9:30 am-6:30 pm- hours may vary during peak seasons)
Salary: 30,000+ Negotiable & Performance Based Bonuses
