Sales/Marketing Officer (TL) Responsibilities:

Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business.
Costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
Carry out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing/apartments
Research and analyze sales/purchase options and new business opportunities
Leading and mobilizing marketing team for quality lead generation
Plan Marketing campaigns, ATL, BTL, Digital
Closing sales deals with clients in the field as well as office

Scheduling for client site visits and allocating site staffs
