As a Sales Trainee at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd., you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a software sales role. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales leads
  • Research sales leads and markets
  • Visit or communicate with sales leads
  • Work towards sales goals
  • Build relationships with potential customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Calculate the costs of their employer's products or services
  • Inform customers and leads about relevant products, or services
  • Provide customers and leads with quotations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Document closed sales and order details
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers about orders

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree running in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to travel.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
