Job Description

Working Shifts:

Shifts: 4 am -12 pm and 12 pm-8 pm (quarterly rotation), might have to come in at 6 am-2 pm during training.
Work from home* (conditions apply) 

Job Details:

The role of the Sales Support Specialist is to complement the work of the Brokers, Credit Analysts, and Inside Sales Manager by assisting in new client acquisition and improving our response rate for web-based and phone-based inquiries.

General requirements

  • Working closely with the Inside Sales Manager and brokers
  • Following Inside Sales Specialist Manual for all tasks
  • Maintaining and improving processes

Qualify Clients: 

  • Ask three qualifying questions at the beginning of the call to understand if HLE is the right fit for the prospect’s financial needs
  • Assist with Live Chat
  • Following up the application form and documents from the customers
  • Any other scope of work that arises as we grow

Call

  • Outbound Calls: The goal is to contact the client within 3 minutes of inquiry initially and eventually bring it down to 1 minute
  • Handling Inbound customer calls
  • Calling past leads to generate more business

Data entry

CRM: Updating the CRM at all stages of the sales process with clearly understood information by the broker team and management.

Fact Find Form: Complete the short application form over the phone with a prospect's details including contact, income, employer, savings, and liabilities.

Ad hoc duties

  • May be required to assist with:
