Job Description

Company Overview:

Rashova is a premium jewelry brand committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs to clients worldwide. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Rashova is now looking to expand its wholesale operations and seeks a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead the charge. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Building and Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. 
  • Foster a positive, goal-oriented team culture. 
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members. 

2. Wholesale Sales Strategy: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow Rashova's wholesale client base. 
  • Identify potential business opportunities and build strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors. 
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key wholesale clients. 
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. 

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

  • Track sales team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. 
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior management. 
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed. 

5. Brand Representation: 

  • Uphold Rashova's values of resilience, innovation, and quality in all interactions. 
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Salary & Benefits:

  • NRs. 30,000 – 50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
  • Attractive incentives/commission based on project performance and contributions
