Job Description

  • Plan and develop strategies to remain competitive in the market regarding services being offered.
  • Professionally and dynamically present the organization’s service among existing and prospective clients
  • Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the Organization as a whole.
  • Plan and implement sales strategy, set and meet the sales target
  • Maximize sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new client
  • Develop various innovative ideas and concepts to reach the target group or employer and make a
  • concrete plan accordingly.
  • Identify service improvements by remaining updated on current industry trends and market activities
  • Regular supervision and guidance to the team members in the daily activities, motivate, performance review, inspire team work, share feedback and provide opportunities to team members for their personal and professional advancement.
  • Focus on maintaining the sales summary reports of the team and presenting the same to the concerned authorities as per the requirements (weekly/monthly)
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by and in coordination with the concerned authority
