Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsibilities:

Increase the volume of Sales by spreading the network in the wholesale and retail sector by availing his/her personal and business contact
Oversee and ensure smooth operation of sales-pipeline management to ensure products are rendered as per the expectation of the client
Arrange each employee working time schedule to effectively mobilize human capital
Reporting of Market Dynamics & corresponding Data Analytics
Relationship Management with regional employees, partners and stakeholders
Sales push at the Wholesale Level

Note: Candidates must have own Bike and licence
Benefits: PF, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Accidental insurance, Festival Bonus, Leave as per governance law.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Undergraduate or Bachelor’s completed
Minimum 3 year of professional experience in FMCG industry.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Leadership skills to lead the field force
Presence of mind and street-smart
Candidates mus have own Vehicle wheller
