Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in the import-export industry. As a mid-level employee, you will play a key role in the success of our organization by bringing in new clients and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit daily Sales reports.
Maintain regular contact with key customers to ensure continued business.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions, Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
