  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in the import-export industry. As a mid-level employee, you will play a key role in the success of our organization by bringing in new clients and expanding our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit daily Sales reports.
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers to ensure continued business.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery.
  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions, Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
  • Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities
