This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff located in Kathmandu. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting Softsaro’s services. Daily tasks include lead generation, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to articulate the value of our digital services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Understanding of digital services such as website development, mobile apps, and graphic design
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the IT sector is a plus
Enthusiasm for technology and digital trends
