Job Description

Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist - Equity Capital Market (ECM), you will play a pivotal role in driving business development and establishing our company as a trusted partner in ECM, Document Scanning, and Microsoft solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and leading negotiations to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Subject Matter Expert:

  • Conduct market research & identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ECM, Document Scanning, and Microsoft solutions space.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing insights and guidance to clients on the best solutions to meet their business needs.
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 productive sales visits per day will be required. In cases involving long- distance travel, adjustments will be considered accordingly

2. Relationship Building and Communication:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.

3. Commercial:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processes.
  • Achieved growth and hit sales targets successfully.

4. Leadership & Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to influence product development based on market feedback.
