Job Description

Department: Commercial  

Section: Enterprise Sales 

Duty Station: Current requirement is in Kathmandu but can be placed anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements. 

Purpose:

The Sales Delivery Person will be responsible for end to end order fulfillment of the Enterprise accounts. The incumbent will work with Enterprise technical team, Account Persons, Commercial team and Enterprise partners/subcontractors to ensure superior levels of customer satisfaction for Enterprise with regard to order fulfillment.

Main responsibility areas:

  • Responsible for the successful planning and implementation of the contracted services where success criteria include meeting cost, Ready for Service ( RFS) date, performance and quality requirements
  • Interprets, executes and acts as a single point of contact to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
  • Manage the statement of work. Administers allocated budgets for the specific project, schedules and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost of delivery and service
  • Ensure the timely accurate billing of all delivered services. Interpret client requests and Ncell’s services to the contract statement of work
  • Establish clear communication channels with the customer from operational perspective. Participate in regular service performance reviews including monthly Project Status Reviews. Conduct periodic meetings with clients and delivery teams daily status updates, service level requirement reviews, continuous improvement, change control and other informal meetings
  • Participate in compliance, quarterly audits of his functions
  • In conjunction with the Sales Team, take accountability for Service Level Agreements with the customers. Manage contract scope and any variations and review outcomes of monthly operational reviews. Take accountability for all customer issues to satisfactory resolution. Act as 1st point of contact for Customer and follow up on any issues
  • Co-ordinate Technical team to ensure seamless delivery of customer links
  • Manage the internal relationships required to deliver our service obligations
  • Feasibility for New/Upgrade/Downgrade, Migration & Shifting of existing and new links within time set as per agreed process
  • Ensure compliance towards corporate policy and record / manage / track approved exceptions if any
  • Measure performance of service levels based on predetermined metrics and ensure targets are met to achieve business objectives and customer SLAs
  • Contribute to overall organizational effectiveness in terms of reduced cost, enhanced customer and partner relationships and improved processes
  • Team contribution towards improving productivity and quality through innovation
  • To develop & maintain strong business relationship with Key vendors at both working and senior levels, as appropriate, to gain preferential treatment to continuously improve cost, quality, and delivery
  • Interact with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective long term relations
  • Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate project progress and status updates
  • Demonstrate Ncell Values and Ethics in every opportunity
  • Act as the escalation point for all day to day project issues for clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve problem situations proactively and manage timely escalation
