About Us:

At Alchi, we’re passionate about bringing people together through fun, innovative, and strategic board games. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach across retail, vendors and distribution channels.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand to retailers, distributors, and partners. Your role will focus on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and hitting sales targets in a toys and books industry. Ideal candidates are proactive, energetic, organized, and love challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners.
Attend trade shows, conventions, and industry events to represent the company and showcase our games.
Provide product training and support to retailers and sales partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with new releases and campaigns.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog and the competitive landscape.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer products, toys, stationery, or the gaming industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel.
Passion for board games and the tabletop industry is a big plus.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a cold calling specialist or similar sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Nepali and English).
Experience working with bookstores, toy store, distributors, or gift stores.
Knowledge of popular current market trends.
Previous trade show or event sales experience.
Strong perseverance and ability to handle rejection.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Note: Candidate must have a valid license.
