At Alchi, we’re passionate about bringing people together through fun, innovative, and strategic board games. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach across retail, vendors and distribution channels.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand to retailers, distributors, and partners. Your role will focus on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and hitting sales targets in a toys and books industry. Ideal candidates are proactive, energetic, organized, and love challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail and distribution partners.
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and industry events to represent the company and showcase our games.
  • Provide product training and support to retailers and sales partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with new releases and campaigns.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product catalog and the competitive landscape.
