As we grow, we're looking for a Sales Representative to drive our presence and sales to the next level.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role will report to the Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Placement: Ensure effective and attractive product placement in stores, marts, and other retail outlets to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Offline Marketing: Support execution of in-store promotions, sampling activities, and other offline marketing campaigns.
  • Store & Mart Visits: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to maintain relationships with store managers, ensure stock availability, and collect feedback.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, store visits, and customer feedback; assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Market Insights: Observe competitor activities, pricing, and display strategies, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
