Job Description

Executive Search at Merojob is recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National FMCG company. We are seeking a dynamic professional to join their team and contribute to driving growth in the FMCG sector.

Ensure relevant products are always available in assigned retail outlets
Maintain optimal inventory levels and maximize product displays to drive awareness and conversion
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure program activities are implemented with precision and alignment to Marketing strategies
Accurately record and report sales activities via TME Lite or other tools
Perform retail surveys and report findings as needed
Report competitive activities, including pricing, product launches, and promotional programs
Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by the Area Sales Manager or management
