Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, paid/organic media
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads for multiple clients
  • Experience with Google Business Profile Manager and Meta Ad Manager
  • Familiar with GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volume accounts (multi-client, multi-location)
  • Developing and executing digital campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search engines to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Creating and managing content for websites, blogs, and social platforms, while optimizing for SEO and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Managing paid advertising (PPC), overseeing email marketing, coordinating with vendors, conducting market research, maintaining CRM systems, and implementing marketing automation to support business growth and improve marketing efficiency
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify key market players, benchmark their strategies, and uncover opportunities to differentiate and strengthen our brand’s position.

Note : This role is based in Nepal, which means the candidate does not need to travel — it is not an international placement.


Job Description

Skiplyn is a fast-growing U.S.-based company revolutionizing the restaurant industry, headquartered in Silicon Valley, San Francisco.

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the digital growth of over 100 restaurant partners by enhancing their visibility on Google Maps, managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Search and social media, and boosting online orders through direct ordering links.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, creation, and execution of ad campaigns, optimizing local search performance, and ensuring restaurant profiles are fully optimized to maximize visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Google Business Profile (GBP) / Google Maps

  • Manage and optimize 100+ restaurant Google Business Profiles
  • Update business info, menus, photos, hours, and links
  • Ensure correct and working online ordering links
  • Organize listings using location groups and labels
  • Respond to and manage reviews

B. Google Ads & Search Marketing

  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for restaurants (Search, Display, and Maps)
  • Geo-target campaigns within specific service areas
  • Run conversion-focused ads to drive online orders
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize for ROAS

C. Social Media Advertising (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)

  • Create and manage ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Promote special offers, new dishes, or order-now incentives
  • Customize ads per location, cuisine type, or audience group
  • Manage ad creatives and A/B testing

 D. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, orders driven)
  • Build and share weekly/monthly reports
  • Monitor ad budgets across accounts

  E. SEO, Brand Awareness, Growth Hacker 

  •  Identify and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search visibility, drive organic/paid traffic, and ensure technical website health.
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns through consistent messaging, engaging content, and strategic partnerships to expand audience reach and recognition.
  • Design and test innovative growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven experiments and channel optimization to rapidly scale user acquisition and retention.

 Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with platforms like Uberall, Yext, Sprout, or others
  • Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, and others)
