We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing the showroom in a positive manner
• Providing customers with product knowledge and answering questions regarding pricing, description, delivery details, or repair services
• Making suggestions and showing customers the displayed products 
• Helping customers make the best decision in selecting their furniture and advising how to match various furniture items
• Developing and nurturing relationships with clients
• Communicating with prospects on the phone or face-to-face and follow up on them
• Assisting in all aspects of daily showroom operations and opening and closing procedures 
• Supervising and maintaining cleanliness of showroom
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing product shipments

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture showroom.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an asset.
