Job Description

As a Sales Representative, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner. 

  • Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis. 
  • Assist customers to complete their purchase by handling the sales counter with payment process and further until sales process is complete. 
  • Promoting LOGO’s ongoing marketing/promotional campaigns and offers. (Example: inform customers regarding Privilege Club membership process & benefits)
  • Assure visual presentation standards are met by up-keep and maintenance to include, but not limited to restock, re-merchandising, dusting/sweeping, vacuuming/mopping sales floor as needed.
  • Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.
  • Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Assist to make monthly stock reports and other areas of the store when business needs dictates.
  • Stay friendly, helpful & professional
  • Must remain presentable, maintain personal hygiene and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
