Job Description

As a Sales Representative, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

Provide legendary customer service every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based off of this analysis.
Assist customers to complete their purchase by handling the sales counter with payment process and further until sales process is complete.
Promoting LOGO’s ongoing marketing/promotional campaigns and offers. (Example: inform customers regarding Privilege Club membership process & benefits)
Assure visual presentation standards are met by up-keep and maintenance to include, but not limited to restock, re-merchandising, dusting/sweeping, vacuuming/mopping sales floor as needed.
Respond and handle customer issues by using good judgment and logic in solving problems and making decisions within the job scope.
Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
Assist to make monthly stock reports and other areas of the store when business needs dictates.
Stay friendly, helpful & professional
Must remain presentable, maintain personal hygiene and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
