Job Description

  • Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide a warm and welcoming environment.Assist customers with inquiries, showcasing products, and providing recommendations based on their needs.
  • Oversee the overall well-being of the showroom, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Coordinate with the team to maintain stock displays and update promotional materials.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for walk-in customers and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads generated by marketing officers and maintain consistent communication with customers to close sales.
  • Coordinate with the godown to ensure timely dispatch of items.
  • Track and manage stock levels, reporting any shortages or issues to the manager.
  • Issue VAT-compliant bills for transactions.
  • Record basic accounting entries accurately and assist with financial documentation.
  • Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site when required, providing convincing solutions to customers.
  • Maintain sales records and generate daily/weekly reports.
