Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service (experience in retail/showroom sales is preferred).
Candidates with prior experience in a tile or sanitary retail store will be given high priority.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide a warm and welcoming environment.Assist customers with inquiries, showcasing products, and providing recommendations based on their needs.
Oversee the overall well-being of the showroom, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Coordinate with the team to maintain stock displays and update promotional materials.
Prepare accurate quotations for walk-in customers and prospective clients.
Follow up with leads generated by marketing officers and maintain consistent communication with customers to close sales.
Coordinate with the godown to ensure timely dispatch of items.
Track and manage stock levels, reporting any shortages or issues to the manager.
Issue VAT-compliant bills for transactions.
Record basic accounting entries accurately and assist with financial documentation.
Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
Develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site when required, providing convincing solutions to customers.
Maintain sales records and generate daily/weekly reports.
