As a Sales Representative in our jewelry store, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Your role will also involve maintaining the store's aesthetics, managing inventory, and fostering lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:

Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversations to understand their preferences and needs.
Provide personalized recommendations, considering factors like style, occasion, and budget.
Demonstrate expertise in gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and jewelry care.

2. Sales Generation:

Actively promote and sell jewelry, accessories, and related products to meet sales targets.
Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and product offerings to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

3. Merchandising and Inventory Management:

Assist in creating attractive product displays to enhance the store’s visual appeal.
Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and report any discrepancies to management.
Keep jewelry displays organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships by providing personalized service and addressing customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system for follow-up and marketing initiatives.

5. Store Operations Support:

Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and sales reconciliation.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Comply with company policies, including security measures to safeguard merchandise.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Basic knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry design.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm and strong ethics in customer interactions.
