We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the sales field and be ready to take on the challenge of driving sales in the Kathmandu, Narayanghat, and Gandaki regions. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
Stay informed about the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same or a related field.

Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

Location: Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Kathmandu, Narayanghat, Gandaki) as required.
