Job Description

We are looking forward to hiring an enthusiastic and driven sales representative to generate leads and drive Nest CLC Fiber Block sales. The sales representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of product features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should also be able to create and present persuasive sales proposals to customers to encourage sales and repeat business.

To be successful as a sales representative, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional sales representative should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets continually.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
  • Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
  • Creating as well as presenting persuasive sales proposals to prospects to encourage sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
  • Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a  customer's specific needs.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Sales Representative Requirements

  • High school degree or bachelor running in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Willing to visit sales territory daily.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing related field would be a plus point.
