Nepal Vending, a growing leader in the tea and coffee vending solutions industry, is looking for a Sales & Operation Officer to join our team at our Bharatpur office. If you are organized, energetic, and love working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Responsibilities:

Promote and sell vending machines, tea/coffee premixes, and related services
Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Bharatpur and surrounding regions
Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and provide product demonstrations
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Prepare and submit sales reports regularly
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Assist client in onboarding and after-sales support when needed
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management

B. Operations Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operational activities in the Bharatpur branch
Coordinate timely installation, servicing, and refilling of vending machines
Ensure smooth inventory management and stock updates
Handle customer support and resolve client issues efficiently
Work closely with the central operations team to streamline processes

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Age:Less than or equal to 26 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Good knowledge of the local market in Chitwan and the surrounding areas
Two-wheeler license and personal vehicle preferred
