Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell vending machines, tea/coffee premixes, and related services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Bharatpur and surrounding regions
• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and provide product demonstrations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Assist client in onboarding and after-sales support when needed
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management

B. Operations Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities in the Bharatpur branch
• Coordinate timely installation, servicing, and refilling of vending machines
• Ensure smooth inventory management and stock updates
• Handle customer support and resolve client issues efficiently
• Work closely with the central operations team to streamline processes
