Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Officers to represent Audley Polymers.The ideal candidates will be responsible for executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and contributing to product and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell polymer products in the assigned province
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and product needs
Provide feedback for product improvement and innovation
Prepare and present business proposals to management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Submit regular sales and market reports to the head office

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales and marketing (polymer/plastic/construction industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to work independently in the assigned province
Must be willing to travel within the province
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools

Note:

Candidates with prior experience in the marketing of WPC boards or plywood products will be given special consideration.
Salary & Benefits: Offered as per company rules.
Working location: Corporate / Factory Outlet office in Kathmandu Valley
Candidates must have a driving license.
