Job Description

Develop customers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at clients/ customers; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Maintain each customers file in CPC form and in DMS system. Segregate customers as COLD, WARM and HOT Customers. Follow up booking & enquiry customer’s regarding equipment purchase.
Qualifies cold customers into HOT customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Set of monthly equipment delivery plan from booked & enquiry customers in coordination with HOD .
Demonstrates equipment by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; warranties and services.
Complete all the process from equipment enquiry to DO amount collection. Like, DO & DP collection, equipment delivery from UHEEM.
Close the sales deal by overcoming objections; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers equipment; collect full payment.
Obtain all the security documents and others loan document signed by the customer with co-operation with Recovery team.
Prepare and submit report of equipment sales status and daily activities report to HOD Daily.
