Nebula Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the authorized partner of Gogoro in Nepal, is seeking passionate individuals to drive our innovative brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Explain key features, technology, and benefits of Gogoro scooters in a clear and exciting way.
Conduct product demonstrations and offer test rides to potential customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
Follow up with interested customers to support their purchase journey.
Stay updated on all Gogoro products, promotions, and EV industry trends.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly showroom targets.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or showroom sales (automobile or EV experience is a plus!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for electric vehicles, technology, and sustainability.
Ability to learn technical product details quickly.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-first attitude.
Willingness to offer and assist with test rides (valid two-wheeler license preferred).
