Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.
Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, aiding in their decision-making process.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to enhance sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements with clients.
Develop daily sheet to maintain records of the payments collected
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Create and present sales reports through presentation and reports;
Coordinate and communicate with accounts team to dispatch invoice and transaction statements of the clients

Note: Job location Kathmandu and other major cities out of the valley

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or running.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Constructions field hardware or sanitary ware industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Being flexible and adaptable and having high attention to details
Having good negotiation skills and communication skills and being able to solve problems
