Vacancy Announcement: Sales Officer – Kathmandu, Narayangarh and Pokhara

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Retailers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our key retail partners, ensuring visibility and availability of Pahadi Foods products.
- Monitor Performance & Train Field Sales Representatives: Oversee and support a team of field sales representatives, providing them with training and resources to excel.
- Joint Field Work: Conduct joint field visits with field sales representatives to engage with retailers directly, provide feedback, and ensure team alignment.
- Ensure Smooth Sales Flow: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from order placement to product dispatch and cash collection, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct Daily Team Review Meetings: Lead regular review sessions with the sales team to track performance, address issues, and drive daily improvements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across the assigned area.
- Execute in-store promotions, expanding brand presence and maximizing product visibility.
- Analyze market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (FMCG experience will be an added advantage)
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing field sales teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and familiar with the Kathmandu/Narayanghat/Pokhara retail landscape.
