Job Description

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Visit a minimum of 10 on-trade outlets daily to secure orders and build relationships.
  • Maintain the Minimum Balance Quantity (MBQ) of products in each outlet.
  • Build and maintain strong, healthy relationships with outlet owners and waiter/ server staffs to promote exciting offers and ensure loyalty.
  • Act as the Outlet In-Charge for selected outlets, managing spot selling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the manager.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, visit multiple locations daily, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and energetic attitude with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Bike and valid two-wheeler license are mandatory.

Benefits:

  • Total Salary: 38,820 per Month (Basic: 22,000, Daily Allowance: 250/Day: 6,500, Travel Allowance: 2 Litres/Day: 8,320, Phone: 1,000/Month: 1,000, Maintenance: 1,000/Month: 1,000).
  • Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
  • Allowances and incentives for achieving sales targets.
