Job Description

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality AAC blocks to a wide range of clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. You will be instrumental in driving the sales of our product and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships by actively seeking and engaging potential customers 
  • Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and generate leads through various channels 
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients 
  • Provide product information, quotes, and pricing to clients 
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop effective sales strategies 
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to the management 
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software 
  • A positive and driven attitude towards work 
  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
