• Appoint dealers/distributors across the assigned region and generate secure sales.
• Ensure payment collection aligns with the company’s credit policy.
• Plan, organize, and execute plumbers' meetings and maintain a record/database of plumbers.
• Conduct periodic account reconciliations as per company requirements.
• Secure agreements from customers and maintain proper records.
• Collect postdated cheque, open-dated cheque, and bank guarantees from customers and maintain records.
• Collection of postdated cheque is mandatory when linking customers, and these should be sent to the Head Office immediately.
• Conduct periodic market surveys of industry players and report findings to management.
• Ensure in-shop branding and appropriate product placement at customer counters; monitor stock levels.
• Prepare a database of potential customers in the area and report to management.
• Submit daily and periodic activity reports in the company’s standard reporting format.
• Tactfully handle and resolve customer grievances.
• Achieve sales targets assigned by the sales head.
• Strictly settle offers/schemes as they end.
• Collect postdated cheque after dispatch and hand them over to the administration in the Kathmandu office or send them to the Head Office daily for regions outside the valley.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably commerce)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, specifically in CP fittings, sanitary wares, or CPVC pipes and fittings
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel as required by the company
• Strong negotiation skills

Locations and Number of Positions:

• Kathmandu Valley: 3 positions
• Eastern Region (Itahari, Biratnagar, Damak, Birtamode, etc.): 1 position
• Central Region (Chitwan): 1 position
• Western Region (Butwal): 1 position
• Far Western Region (Dhangadi, Nepalgunj, etc.): 1 position

Salary Range:

• Based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Sales incentives as per the assigned target.
• Net salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,00,000, including all perks and incentives.
