Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate or sales and marketing field. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competition.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and exhibitions.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Required Age:More than 25 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate or sales and marketing field.
Minimum educational qualification of +2, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must hold a valid two-wheeler license.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to promote and sell properties effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours : 9;30am - 6pm
Benefits : Lunch
Salary : 20-25k + commission
