Job Description

Mega Business Group, a leading automobile company in Nepal, is seeking Sales Officers to join our dynamic team in Kathmandu. The Sales Officers will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, as well as maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing information, quotes, and assistance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
  • Set achievable sales targets and develop effective strategies to meet them.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to remain competitive in the automotive market.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold the brand image and reputation.
