Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Office Hours: 10:30 to 7:30
Job Location: Durbarmarg, Kathmandu

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting company products and services effectively.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients.
Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Must have two wheeler with valid driver's license.
