Job Description

Plan and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
Develops customers by maintaining rapport ; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
Segregate customers as COLD, WARM and HOT Customers.
Must meet sales target of specific regions .
Should be able to convince the customers that their purchase is worth it and should explain them about lifting periods, and timely payments etc.
Prepare monthly Sales Review and report to Line Managers & General Manager.
Perform additional tasks as instructed by the management.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales;focus on lc and terms and condition and collects payment and ensure due dates of lcs.
Should have indepth knowledge of Finance and Marketing.

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in Steel Industries of Nepal.
