Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales officer to join our team and take charge of generating leads, nurturing them, and overseeing the end-to-end process of project delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and risk management skills, be able to work in the field, possess great presentation and documentation abilities, and be dedicated to contributing to revenue generation and meeting  set by the business team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and management through various channels such as social media, direct/indirect contact, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of project delivery, working closely with the operation team to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Visit project sites for measurement and estimation purposes.
  • Contribute to revenue generation and meet GMV targets set by the business team.
  • Assess and evaluate situations to come up with solutions in cases of conflicts or miscommunication.
  • Create and maintain sales reports, gather data in an organized manner, and create standard operating procedures as required.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding sales performance, market conditions, and customer satisfaction.
