Job Description

Giving priority to increase the sales volume
Support preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports
Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or service offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations
Provide technical support after delivery of goods at the site
Construct sales pitches and presentations
Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties
Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document
Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of customer's requirements
Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale
