Job Description

  • Giving priority to increase the sales volume
  • Support preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projection along with pipeline reports
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or service offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
  • Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations
  • Provide technical support after delivery of goods at the site
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations
  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties
  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of customer's requirements 
  • Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale
