Job Description

Plan and execute all sales related activities and ensure monthly sales target is met
Track all appointments, sales, customer complaints, status reports etc. thoroughly for review
Schedule and follow through on calls with current clients. Advise on appropriate purchase options
Maintain positive business and customer relationships. Ensure proper customer relationship management documentation is maintained
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Prepare timely reports and presentations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
