Children are lacking behind in terms of audio-visual information. Education system throughout the world is changing rapidly. With the increasing change, learning process for us has changed drastically. 10 years ago, electronic learning was not even an option for schools. However, time has changed and learning through animated videos and audios have been adopted by many schools and colleges around the world. Therefore, MiDas education has been working on making the notion of e-learning possible in countries like Nepal through software like MiDas eCLASS. Our vision is to reach as many students as possible to provide them with better education with our animated learning software.

Job Description

As a Business Development Officer, you'll need to:

Analyze current and past sales, product deficiencies and to provide recommendations for the company growth and resolution of problem
Develop business proposal for the existing and new customers
Respond to queries and complaints from clients as the company's product
Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Manage independent sales representative to best support and grow business in the assigned territory
Visit customers on a regular basis (field based marketing) to build a strong relationship and inform them new products and product transitions
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Resolves customers complaints by investigating problems, develop solution and make recommendations to the management
