Responsibilities:
- Phone & Virtual Outreach (primary): Make daily outbound calls, follow up inbound leads, run video/phone demos, and convert conversations into site visits or orders.
- Monthly Field Visit: Meet retailers, highway shops, hotels, fleet operators, and site owners — deliver product demos, assess site needs, and close deals. Travel is scheduled and supported. Think of it as work and adventure combined – the company covers all your travel, so you explore scenic routes and new towns while on the job.
- Product Demonstrations: Clearly demonstrate our products – show features, benefits, and specifications of the EV chargers and EV Batteries. Help clients understand why our solutions are perfect for their needs.
- Lead Generation & Relationships: Proactively generate leads through on-site visits, cold calls, and social media. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships: visit customers regularly, understand their needs, and be their go-to advisor.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute your territory’s sales plan. Set ambitious targets and track your progress. Use market insights to adjust your approach so you consistently meet or beat monthly sales goals.
- Team Collaboration: Although you’ll work independently, you’re part of the OUR family. Share your insights with the sales and tech teams, help train or mentor new colleagues, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Market Research: Keep up with industry trends, competitor pricing, and gather customer feedback and analyze sales data to uncover new opportunities or areas for improvement.
- Sales Operations & Reporting: Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM and sales dashboards. After each trip, submit reports on your visits, leads, and sales activities.

Who we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator and persuasive closer — you love talking to customers and turning interest into orders.
- Comfortable working primarily from the office with regular phone outreach and planned field visits.
- Self-starter who owns their pipeline — disciplined with follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
- Minimum 1–2 years sales experience (B2B or technical sales preferred).
- Basic technical understanding or eagerness to learn EV charging tech.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nepal when required.
