Build up Nepal is looking for a Sales Officer to lead the sales of eco-friendly CSEB Interlocking bricks and machines across Jajarkot and Rukum West. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive real change at the grassroots level by working closely with rural entrepreneurs, supporting them to grow their businesses, and promoting sustainable, low-carbon housing. You’ll be in the field identifying new leads, organizing demos, and collaborating with local governments to expand adoption of green building technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell CSEB Interlocking bricks and machines across Jajarkot and Rukum West. Cover all 13 palikas in each district.
Work with entrepreneurs to plan and run sales activities and awareness events.
Visit sites to monitor production, sales, and house builds. Coordinate demos, trainings, and after-sales service with operations and technical teams.
Identify and qualify leads. Convert to new entrepreneurs. Engage Palika officials to support adoption.
Coach Build up Nepal entrepreneurs on pricing, margins, promotion, and record keeping.
Plan and report weekly and monthly. Maintain call reports, orders, delivery tracking, and payment follow-up.
Represent Build up Nepal in the field and at municipal meetings.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing
2 to 3 years of field sales experience
Valid two-wheeler license and ability to travel in hilly and rural areas
Strong Nepali and local language communication
Basic skills in Excel, Word, and email
