Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth for products manufactured at Jeetpur Factory. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Officer will also collaborate with factory operations to ensure timely product delivery, conduct market research, and represent the factory at promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement sales strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with factory operations for timely delivery.
Participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
Report on sales performance and market trends.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of sales success.
Ability to travel for business purposes.
A valid driving license is preferred.
