Job Description

The Sales Officer will manage and grow product sales through dealers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory. This role requires proactive market development, strong customer relationship management, and achievement of sales targets for sanitary pads, diapers, and cosmetic products. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in FMCG or hygiene product sales and the ability to drive growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales through dealers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and report to management.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
  • Support promotional activities and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management.
