Job Description

A Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling products or services, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets

  • Reports to: Senior Sales Officer 
  • Department: Sales & Marketing 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing yearly sales strategies and plans aligned with business objectives for assigned products and verticals as assigned.
  • Support client relationship management by maintaining updated client databases and coordinating planned visits and engagement activities as per the plan. 
  • Assist in coordinating order processing, delivery, and installation by coordinating with relevant teams Exploring new markets and identifying potential clients to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
  • Support the timely collection of payments from clients as per sales agreements and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports and provide market and competitor insights to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and internal teams to stay updated on product developments and ensure sales support.
