Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Industrial Lubricants segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, client relationship management, and market development, especially within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of industrial lubricants in domestic markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and client networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical support to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
