We are Partnership owned business, based in Chitwan and Kathmandu. We are extremely proud of our history as a Nepali manufacturer. We started manufacturing few Skin Doors in 2008 and full phase manufacturing started in 2018, tired of the poor quality and materials of imported doors From China and Malaysia. From there our business has gone from strength to strength, adding flooring and Lots of Interior Product along the way.

We are now unquestionably the largest producer in the Nepal of Molded Skin doors, manufacturing up to 6,000 doors per month. Almost every panel Skin Door we produce is manufactured by us in the Nepal. This gives us not only the ability to control quality but also to offer customization on many of our Production lines.

We believe in understanding our raw materials both from a quality and an environmental perspective. With this in mind, we take the time to work directly with Door Skin manufacturer, mainly in Vanachai, Thailand to source the beautiful Texture and HDF High Quality Skin to make quality Skin door. Every piece of Door Skin we buy goes through our quarantine and quality control certification system, so you can be sure your new Skin Door products are sustainably produced.

We also want to make our products affordable for our customers, and so we invest in the very latest manufacturing technology and combine it with that irreplaceable handmade touch to give you the best of both worlds.

Job Description

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Sales Operations:

  • Generate leads and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Marketing Activities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, etc.).
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
